All fees are quoted and payable in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
Payment is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your project contract
Late payments may result in suspension of services
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at PEW's discretion

7. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, the following additional terms apply:

Subscription plans provide access to specific features and privileges as described in your chosen plan
When you cancel your subscription, you immediately lose access to all subscription privileges and features
When you downgrade from Ultra to Pro plan, you immediately lose access to Ultra-specific privileges and features
Subscription changes take effect immediately upon successful payment processing
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods when cancelling or downgrading
You acknowledge and accept that plan changes may result in immediate loss of access to certain features and data

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

8. Intellectual Property
